Did you buy the game directly or did you play it though Origin Access / EA Access?
You didn't attach a screenshot of your issue so it is just a guess but it could be related to that - if you had it via a subscription before and want to go to the owned version you might have to find that version in your library.

key. And played it via origin.

I would look through your library again (including hidden section) to see if you can't find it, perhaps an updated version. If you can't, you should contact support:
