Battlefield V is stuck on a black screen when I start it up

I just got battlefield 5 and when I open it up it is stuck on a black screen. It shows the intro and plays music (EA, Dice, and Frostbite intro) and the music stops. Then, it stays on a black screen. It never crashes or gets into the game. I have tried repairing the game, reinstalling the game, and reinstalling Origin.

    I keep finding diferent things that have got it working for me, but it always goes back to the same issue, this past week or so has been the worst, 99-100% of the time not working.
    So far the only thing thats worked for me more than twice in a row, has been to clear cache for origin and restarting my computer. every time i want to launch the game unfortunately.

    An EA moderator just answered one of my posts and went over my dxdiag data. he said my processor doesn't meet the minimum requirements due to it being an outdated model with the clock speed less than the minimum required.   I knew my gpu probably doesn't meet the minimum being a nvidia 970m... pretty sure thats below the minimum requirement stated but i overlooked my processor cause the minimum stated is an i5 and i have an i7... i should of considered though after all i bought this gaming laptop like 6ish years ago.

    bought new for over $2k.... now days that price could buy a huge upgrade to this... lol

    even with all that, when the game does launch up properly, It feels like it plays totally fine.

    time to save up for a full hardware upgrade i suppose lol

    @Teniente1987 the user mattei_708 gave me the solution:

    You have to look for the file "PROFSAVE_profile" in the folder that the game creates in the user's documents in Windows, and then open it with a text editor (the notepad works). We change the value "1" to "0" and then Directx12 is deactivated and the game starts.

    having almost exact same problem on pc before and after the 5.2 update and patch, from the beginning when i first bought this game.  made multiple new posts for support in bug reports and tech support with no responses for over a month

    @Teniente1987 I have the exact same issue as the poster, and i have tried changing that setting in the PROFSAVE_profile file. it doesnt work.

    I have tried many supposed "fixes" and nothing is working

    @SaijeNode Hi, what a shame. I still have problems with the game, it looks horrible: as if it had a mesh on the screen, or a lot of grain. I tried everything but I couldn't solve it.
