Battlefield V keeps crashing at startup menu

So when I ever I open battlefield, it load up to the loading screen and when it load into the menu screen, it freezes for 5 seconds and then crashes. I've tried to repair my game but that wouldn't wo...

    Graphics card : GTX 1660

    running on windows 10

    Processor : Intel i5-9400

    CPU : @ 2.90ghz

    6 cpu cores
