Battlefield v keeps crashing showing error code on Playstation 4 and 5

Right after I sign into EA on battlefield v  it crashes and shows error code on Playstation, I bought the game digital, I tried on a new Playstation 5 and same thing, then I bought the disk version s...

Unfortunately I have tries that as well I put it on a solid state external drive and same thing happened. Do you know what the best way to get support from Sony would be?

@GREENM4A3 That is unfortunate, but at least it implies it's not a hardware issue. I had a quick look on Sony's support site and you should be able to reach them through the options on this link:

https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/contact-us/

It probably wouldn't hurt to raise it with EA Help as well or if Sony can't assist. If you wanted to do that then you should see email or live chat options when you select the support options at help.ea.com.
