Battlefield V main menu icons not showing

Hi I have a problem where none of the icons in my main menu show up and its bugging me even though the rest of the game is fine Any help or ideas would be appreciated! I have attached some pictures...

Hi @Gunman261 and welcome to Answers HQ!

Looks like the background images are not loading which is ofc. odd.

Have you tried exiting Origin, starting it as administrator and repairing the game?

I hadn't tried that but just gave it a go and it hasn't done anything, any other suggestions?
