So basically the solution is to erase all my data, start from 0 and wish for the best after!?

Get as close as you can, gather up all the video and screenshot proof you can, and please contact and EA Game Advisor to see if they can award you with the items you are looking for. The team says they are trying to work on a fix for both in-game rewards as well as any trophy/achievement-related issues people might be having - please be patient
