    Hello EA

I recently received Battlefield V as a present from one of my buddies. But when I run the game, it becomes very glitchy in Multiplayer.

I have i56400 and GTX 970 and 8gigs of RAM. I've seen dozens of YouTube videos where they have used the same processor and the frames stay above 40. But on my system, it drops to a range of 10 to 20. And my computer says that application is restricted from using Graphics Hardware. I don't know why this is happening. I would appreciate receiving some help for this issue.

Your CPU is below the minimum required specs to play BF5 and BF5 is a hugely CPU intensive game. You can see how your CPU compares to the minimum required CPU here:  http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-6600K-vs-Intel-Core-i5-6400 With hardware below the minimum you may be able to play all right for a while but an OS update or Game update may render your rig unable to play the game without issues.

Your RAM is only at the minimum required 8GB so that isn't doing you any favors either, and if you're using single channel the performance issues will be greater.

Your GPU is however good to go as you can see here:  http://gpuboss.com/gpus/GeForce-GTX-970-vs-GeForce-GTX-1050

In your case I'd set my settings to low and turn off all of the film grain, motion blur, set TAA to low etc to lessen the performance burden.
