So other players have no problem in BFV with the same platoon / picture?
Player-created content is ON. > Have you tried too:
-Disable Player-created content and set to = OFF. and then switch back on
-Remove yourself from the platoon and try another (fresh) platoon as test?
-via the companion app try to change the platoon picture and platoon name etc (picture or language symbol problem)

I still believe it to be a synchronisation error between the platoons page and BF5.
As when I access the platoons page it still states “Failed to load Platoons. Please try again.

At the moment we are not tracking any issues with accessing the platoon systems. @DazKez
Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.
How to power cycle:
- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
-
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Had the same problem did everything from power off content off then on finally I got fed up made my own platoon and then when I was finished it loaded all my joined platoons hope it helps
