Battlefield V Special Class Mastery Assignments missing.

Hello! 

I've been playing this game for a while now and reached level 20 on all classes, was looking at some skins and googled how to get them and it says i get "Mastery Assignments" for each class after reaching level 20. I do NOT have any of the special assignments you get for reaching level 20.
I googled the problem for the last 4 days now and submitted various cases on HELP EA which lead to no solution at all.
I'm level 20 on every class with no Special Mastery Assignments. I go to class rewards and see i have earned for example "Medic Proficiency I" and i click Assignments and it is not there.

HELP EA does not work no matter how many cases i submit or emails i send.

    If you are missing the level 20 mastery assignments it would probably be worth contacting EA Help. They can usually assist with account issues and missing items.

    They could unlock them for you.

    Some other suggestions that might work as per the Battlefield V FAQ by ElliotLH could be to complete the following actions:

    - Try power cycling your equipment (full shutdown of console/PC, unplugged for ~2 minutes, restart your router).
    - Some items appear in your Armory, please check it out.
    - Play another full match and/or earn another player rank. Remember that you will need to wait for the next round to begin before leaving the match.
    - Completing a round of Combined Arms has been known to work, give it a try.

    I contacted EA HELP multiple times to no response or actual support /help.

    @zoomx_fps What is the status of the cases you opened when you look at 'My Cases' on the EA Help site?
  • I have 4 cases with the same title and description
    cases say:

    1. New

    2. Fixed

    3. Fixed

    4. No Fix

    @zoomx_fps OK, first of all, double-check the Armory in-game in case anything is there to claim (the two cases with the 'Fixed' status may mean that EA Help added the assignments to your account to be claimed). If nothing is there at all, give these steps a try and see if you can get a live chat for direct assistance:

    - Search for 'Battlefield V' on the help site and select it.
    - Select the 'I need help restoring my progress in the game' option.
    - Scroll down to 'Still need help?' and you should see the live chat option.

    If it doesn't appear, try using a different browser or using the EA Help site while not logged into your account (you'll need to select the option to continue without logging in after you select the support issue).

    @zoomx_fps 

    When I had the mastery assignments unlocked by the support I had to check in the armory, as @ElliotLH mentionned. Did you find anything there yet?

  • I have the same issue and I had this issue on my Xbox in 2021. The only way I fixed this was by contacting support and they fixed it very quick. I'm surprised nothing has been done to fix this
