I'm having the same problem on PS4 pro and AT&T Uverse Fiber. Never had issues since BF5 came out until Tuesday night, still persists even though downloaded new patch at menu says offline can't connect. Rebooting router several times, unplugging, including PS4 did not resolve. Every other game works, including BF1, COD, Destiny, etc.

Same experience, also stopped working for me. I've tried everything I can think of. Also contacted EA, and after 2 hours, still no progress. They told me they would email an additional list of suggestions and I never received anything, Really disappointing because nothing on my system, router or profile changed.

what I did was a full restart on my router.

- 4 years ago@iluminatethesky I am trying to play Battlefield V for the first time but when i try to play onling it say's "Unable to login. This account cant get online." Nothing works.

Late reply because I gave up on the game, but its not a internet issue. My brothers account works fine.
