Battlefield V unable to connect to EA servers

I’ve played the introduction and want to access the multiplayer game modes. Is this available with the deluxe version today or is it just the story mode?? currently can’t get access onto multiplayer...

    @D-M1LL5 The full version of the game should be available to you.

    It could simply be an issue that you are having issues with your connection, do you see an error of any kind when you try to join a multiplayer game?

    Best thing to do is take a couple of minutes to take a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

    Please ensure that you open the ports for Battlefield 1.

Hi Darko 

thanks for the response. I’ve check NAT, connection and multiplayer connection and it’s all good.

still no joy getting the multiplayer to work on the Xbox one!! 

Is is there anything else I could try losing patience with this now
