Battlefield V White screen problem

Hello,&nbsp;I&nbsp;can't&nbsp;enter&nbsp;battlefield&nbsp;5&nbsp;via&nbsp;the&nbsp;EA&nbsp;app,&nbsp;the&nbsp;game&nbsp;stays&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;loading&nbsp;screen,&nbsp;there&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;white&nbsp;screen&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;form&nbsp;of&nbsp;a&nbsp;window,&nbsp;the&nbsp;mouse&nbsp;changes,&nbsp;there&nbsp;are&nbsp;sounds,&nbsp;there&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;black&nbsp;screen&nbsp;when&nbsp;you&nbsp;wait&nbsp;a&nbsp;while,&nbsp;but&nbsp;the&nbsp;game&nbsp;does&nbsp;not&nbsp;open,&nbsp;there&nbsp;is&nbsp;nothing&nbsp;left&nbsp;that&nbsp;I&nbsp;have&nbsp;not&nbsp;tried,&nbsp;I&nbsp;did&nbsp;a&nbsp;clean&nbsp;installation,&nbsp;I&nbsp;repaired&nbsp;the&nbsp;game,&nbsp;I&nbsp;uninstalled&nbsp;the&nbsp;ea&nbsp;application,&nbsp;I&nbsp;reinstalled&nbsp;the&nbsp;game,&nbsp;I&nbsp;can&nbsp;enter&nbsp;battlefield&nbsp;1&nbsp;without&nbsp;any&nbsp;problems,&nbsp;but&nbsp;I&nbsp;can't&nbsp;enter&nbsp;battlefield&nbsp;5,&nbsp;I&nbsp;downloaded&nbsp;the&nbsp;game&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;pirate&nbsp;for&nbsp;trial&nbsp;purposes,&nbsp;the&nbsp;pirated&nbsp;version&nbsp;opens,&nbsp;but&nbsp;the&nbsp;ea&nbsp;app&nbsp;If&nbsp;anyone&nbsp;can&nbsp;help&nbsp;the&nbsp;version&nbsp;does&nbsp;not&nbsp;open,&nbsp;I&nbsp;would&nbsp;appreciate&nbsp;it.
