battlefield V

Hey there,

When I start Battlefield 5 on my PC the studios and so show up on the screen, but instead of the normal starting screen it just shows a blue landscape. (Picture of it is down below)

I deinstalled the game and downloaded again but it didn´t change anything.

Thanks in Advance!

When I perform a clean boot, the game works.  However, going through the process of elimination, I found that it my ASUS com services such as AI suite 3.  This application controls my corsair fan system, my AI overclocking etc.  But the game runs.  I have uninstalled AI3 and re-installed it as well as updated all drivers.

When I try deleting temp files and repair game.  I get an error saying "too many computers have accessed this account's version of the Display name field missing from registry.  recently.  Please try again later.

Ensure that your Firewall and/or Antivirus are not blocking the connectionBattlefied V. The easiest way would be adding an exception for the Origin Client and your game to the exclusion list.Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports http://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-with-origin/#1

Add antivirus exclusions/exceptions for specific files/folders Battlefied V ,or/and file extensions origin.ex/game.ex from scanning.(very important to do  )

    Perform a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

NOTE then if your issue persists go in Origin / My Game Library, right click on Battlefied V select Repair and Update Game.

I'm having the same issue.  I've tried everything.  Only way I can get BF5 to run is the repair it every time I want to play it.  8 minutes load.

    Hi @Surfryderr

    Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank

Delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp%  in the Search field  or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.

    Restart your machine.

    Run Origin as Adminstrator

Go in Origin / My Game Library ,right click on game icon select Reapir and Update Game.
