Hi @ArtemStorchay It would depend on the type of ban which has been applied. You might want to reach out to EA's ToS team to appeal or to see if you can get clarification (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/).

You should also be able to find some info by checking your ban history.
