battlefield5 cant unlock weapon

i already lv16 but i cant use stg443 and other weapons

@TTZ_Dipsy Yes. I saw your post. Thanks. Got the EA help link. When I got to it, the average waiting time for chat help was 180 mins. ☹️

No choice to email. Will try again today. Hopefully you are right on the patch!
