I think I remember a few older posts saying you can sometimes unlock weapons by advancing one more level in Combined Arms.
Of course it could be the fetch report issues that are blocking you from your hard earned weapons - the team is aware of this problem and is working to roll out a fix soon.

Strange, because I just contacted customer support about this exact issue and they said they have NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS ISSUE, AS NOBODY ELSE HAS REPORTED IT!!!!
I told her thanks for her efforts but I'm done with this game. I expect a full refund for being sold a broken game that does not work as intended. ESPECIALLY when the support team has no idea what bugs are actually in the game! LOL!!!!
Yikes that sucks. Is your region set to United States? Sometimes that can give you more options. In any case, all the old servers have been refreshed so by finishing a full round you should now receieve your items.
Customer support can definitely be hit or miss at times but many of them are regular agents who don't work on the game and I think rely on links like regular people. I know this gets reported a lot so they probably just meant they personally haven't recieved that call yet.
