Lets start off by gathering some info.
Could you provide a Dxdiag and some screen caps of the event viewer.

Alright, im seeing a lot of disk drive related issues.
Right click your start menu and open command prompt in admin.
Then type this cmd:chkdsk D: /f /r
Once done do this for drives e and f leaving drive C for last as this requires a restart.
Once done open command prompt again and type:
wmic
Then:
diskdrive get status
and let me know the result of this command.

I did chkdsk for all drives.
