BF 5 missing in library

I bought BF5 Defeinitive edition from G2A. Key was global. Key was redeem and accepted as valid. I dont have time to download it at the moment. When i came back I missing icon in my library and app still  forcing me to  buy it. Any help?

    HI @_CZ_R4zer You can try clearing EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) and signing back in to check if your library is updated. 

    If not we might need to reach out to G2A with assistance with your Order.

    This not working, problem is that i can see bf5 in my games on web browser. This problem is with app because chat advisors can see the game in my account too.
