BF V (PS4) Cant equip any dogtag, platoon emblem not showing up.

Hi everyone, freshly installed battlefield V from the store, as I played a few hours I decided to change my dogtags, as I press square to equip unlokced dogtags like battlefield veteran nothing happens, you can see the video here (https://youtu.be/7WdSK02MiHU).

As for the EMBLEMS,I could equip standard emblems, they were visible and when i pressed square it would equip and show ingame, however after creating a platoon I decided to use the platoon emblem, the emblem is not showing up ingame BF V, it shows up on BF1 but on V there/s nothing.  also after using the platoon emblem from the Battlefield app I cant change any emblem in BF V anymore, that means I have no emblems equipped and no dogtags, it pisses me off. 

If the solution is to reinstall the game I will stick with the problem, I dont have the time to download 70 GBs again.

    Hey @luke1nukem,

    The reason you're not seeing your Platoon Emblem in Battlefield V is because there are no "Custom" emblems in BFV.

    You can only equip the ones that are available in-game, under your Awards Menu.

    You can see them in Battlefield 1, because they allowed people to create Custom Emblems for that title.

    Didn’t know that, what’s wrong with the dogtags then? It seems I can’t equip any of them, i tried restarting the console and didn’t help, rebuilding database and it didn’t help, I get that the menus can be bugged sometimes but still, how can this be possible? I am talking of unlocked dogtags ofc, I press square, and the checkmark never appears, but it is always visible on the empty dogtag given to every player as I can see.

    And also after joining a platoon I can equip standard emblems yes, the checkmark appears on the emblems as I select them, but they never appear in the game, as on the guns, it resets everytime I join a game. My point here on this thread is to aware the developers that this needs to be fixed, as you saw I also posted a video in wich I select a dogtag and it never equips it.

    Hey @luke1nukem, Try clearing Local and Online saves for BFV on your Xbox. ( this will remove settings and Singel player progression). 

    That should help. 🙂
