First of all, greetings to everyone, I have reached level 20 in Assault and Medic classes in BF5, but special assignments are not visible in assignments section. How can i fix this problem?

This is a commons issue, you should contact EA help. I had the same issue a few times.

Basically when u click getting help from "I'm looking for something I earned" there is no chat to start there, it just shows the help article which doesn't help. I managed to use other help topics since they have chats to start a conversation, but they do nothing, it says it is "Resolved" but there is no change. The problem is that we get the class assigments but only the Mastery Class is missing, it might be a DLC problem from what I've read. But yes, in the end everyone says contact support but even support doesn't help, so what to do now?
