here are some tips:
- There is a possibility that choosing Repair after right clicking the game in Origin could fix this.
- Remove the bfv config > gamedrive:\username\documents\battlefield v\settings folder before starting the game (put back later if no help)
- virus scan and use adwcleaner then a registry cleaner like ccleaner, also HDD defragment (SSD trimm) for OS and game drive
- or driver cleaner procedure
- -perform a windows cleanup: and select remove shader cash

First of all, thank you for taking the time to help... 🙂
Interesting... There is no folder under documents. Im curious, since we reinstalled and he has not been able to successfully join a game, that it has not created the "battlefield V" folder. I checked my other computer and the folder is there.
I tried repairing the game as well... Still no luck.

Ok, found the folder... He had a different profile. I dont see a config file. there are 6 of profsave files..
I did a clean boot and it didnt help. I have a bunch of crashdump files. Not sure anyone can read those?
