BFV - Multiplayer Progress Gone

Earlier last week I noticed that my ranks for Battlefield V and Battlefield 1 have been completely reset. It thinks I'm a new player because I get the tutorials for each game mode when I first go in to them. I play on an Xbox Series S and have Game Pass which comes with EA play. This only happened after I started playing Battlefield 4 again from EA play. This was my first time playing BF4 on an xbox so I was rank zero. I thinking that for some reason EA play thinks I'm new to all three games and just wiped out my data which doesn't make sense.

The things I've already tried:

Removing my xbox account and re-adding it

Uninstalling and reinstalling BFV

Clearing my cache on xbox

Contacting Xbox Support (they told me to contact EA but haven't done that yet)

I haven't been able to find anyone with the same issue, if anyone knows anything please help! 😢

    You can't play without having it linked in the first place - if you re linked it to another account then you would loos the progression. @LordOfPiggyWigz

    Did you unlink at any point? @LordOfPiggyWigz as you have a cooldown it sounds like you have. Doing so can remove your progression.

    @EA_Atic I haven't touched my EA account in a long time so I know I never unlinked it. Would I also lose progress if I made progress in the games and then linked my account for the first time?

    Have this same issue on Xbox One, I lost everything including the things I bought.

    I've not messed with my EA account or changed any settings anywhere, I haven't played the game in a couple months and loaded back in to nothing.

    Is there any word on this being handled or fixed?
