BFV account banned and I have never played the game.
Greetings, I wanted to try a shooter and downloaded BFV. For my surprise, when I first loaded the game, I found a message that my account was banned for breaking EA's policies. In the EA downloader I also noticed that I had over 21 hours of gameplay, but I've never played the game in my entire life!!
I followed the tutorial to contact EA (ea.com/unable-to-connect) but there is not a single option to send an email regarding my issue, and also when I follow the contact steps while logged on, it says that my account is banned and that I need to follow the steps to contact EA (creating a loop)...
Please, I need help from support if any of you have a way to contact or open a support ticket I appretiate you could share it.
