BFV BETA Pre-Load not working [ref. #FAILED_CHECKOUT_QUOTE]

So I preordered BFV Deluxe and went to preload the beta today and when I clicked add to game library this comes up: An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #FAILED_CHECKOUT_QUOTE]

I've tried adding it to my game library from the origin client, from the origin website on my pc and from the mobile website, using both wi-fi and mobile data, and none of them have worked.

Please help!
