BFV cant redeem product code!!!
I cant redeem product code from BFV that i bought and still own an original dvd case!!! EA * support link me to BF2042 forum, why you cant just help me with my issue???

You have a BFV code that isn't working, what content should this code unlock?
Where and when did you get that code?
You have the full game as Disc version as well?

yes i am trying to solve this for a long time but nobody from EA support can help me ...
- this product key should unlock FULL GAME BFV
- yes i have full game as discs as well (this is where my key is located)
- i bought it like the day BFV released
i played it a lot but now i can't play it again because product key not working
