bfv crashing to EA APP on splash screen

battlefield V keeps crashing on startup, on steam i press play and the splash screen appears it loads to the end and then the splash screen dissapear after some time the EA App appears on my screen as if ive left the game, ive tried everything its probally some insanely complicated thing so ill probally just refund the game but this is my last hope, i hope some modding or progamming genius will give a sugestion that works.
