BFV dowsn't launch (PC)

I can't launch my BF5 on steam and EA app, I have tried to fix the issue but none of the methods work.

Thanks for helping me to fix the problem. I have asked help from the EA support, they have helped me out. The problem is caused by my VPN software on my pc. Thanks for contacting me, I appreciate your help!
