BFV Starter Pack forced purchase

I get this error message when I try to play BFV

ERROR LAUNCHING GAME
The game Battlefield V Starter Pack does not appear to be installed. Please install it or try relaunching the game.
 
Why is EA taking away services? Why do I now have to buy the BFV premium starter pack (if you search for BFV starter pack this is what comes up) in order to play this game, I shouldn't have to spend another $30 to play a game that I already paid for.

    Found the problem, I had RANSOMWARE protection in Windows 10 turned on, question is WHY does this only happen in BF1 and BFV what are these games doing to set off ransomware protection and more important why do I have to turn Ransomware protection OFF in order to play Origin online games BF1 and BFV all my other origin games work with this turned on.

    @DragonGnutz The 'Battlefield V Starter Pack' seems to be an addon to provide Boins etc. Did you download it previously by any chance? I don't believe it's required to play the game.

    Not sure, even when I can get the game to start, the multiplayer services are off line and it puts me into single player mode.

    I've done everything EA recommends to get the service back, even changed my DNS servers, it's hit and miss and I have to go through a lengthy process of using VPN and spoofing being from China to be able to even get the multiplayer connection.
