BFV Stuck on scrolling blue terrain screen upon loading. Cannot get past this!

Hey guys,  This is driving me insane:  As in my title.. I basically cannot get past this weird blue terrain load screen. I can hear music, but no keys or buttons respond. Only a little chat box win...

I still can't leave the blue terrain screen and I have been trying for over two hours. Nothing seems to work and I am really doing the best I possibly can to fix this issue! Can you try something else that may work or do I have to wait on a new patch?
