BFV won't work

Please help. On Friday BFV stopped working for me. DX12 crashes the game every 10-20 minutes of playing, but when I switch to dx11 it lags to much to be functional. I combed through the internet looking for possible solutions but nothing worked. On Sunday, I tried to uninstall then reinstall the game. This made it so that 5 seconds after the game loads it crashes. I then tried to contact EA tech support and they told me I had to go and do something with some files so when I tried to find them, the files where not there, so they told me to uninstall and reinstall the game, which brings us to today. I open it up and now it crashes once I load into a match but i can go around the menu. I tried getting in a call with a EA tech support person, but after 7 minutes I was no longer able to hear them, I thought that I had disconnected from them but they called back and I still can't hear them. Help please.
