Bleeding out STILL not working properly

Summarize your bug Bleed out option often still doesn't speed up bleed out. Also, the update notes said bleed out was changed so you could push it just once, and that doesn't work at all.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to bleed out
What happens when the bug occurs? Holding the right trigger to bleed out frequently doesn't actually speed up the bleed out. It reacts (i.e. the circle changes colors) but it doesn't speed up. Slows down just fine, but not speed up. Also the update notes said that bleed out had been changed so you can just push the button once, but that doesn't work at all.
What should be happening instead? bleed out should speed up when you push the button

This has seriously been a bug since the very beginning. 

I just want to bleed out when I push bleed out... 

Also, I really think that when you're holding the bleed out option, it should prevent others from reviving you. Can't even count how many times I've had to sit there after nearly bleeding out while someone heals me, only for them to get shot right before I get healed. Or I need to change my class and someone revives me.

There should at least be something like BF4 accept or reject revive.
