This also happened to me on Xbox One X.
Iam pretty sure that someone died with the bomb and the bomb disappeared (somehow underneath the map?!).
The tickets are down to 0 but the game doesnt end.
Edit: Just found it in the "known issues"
- Frontlines - Bomb(s) (on Devastation only)
- One of the bombs may be hard/impossible to pick up for one of the teams. Worst outcome is that the match will continue in “HQ Attack” mode until the timer runs out.
- Status: Fix being deployed in BFV 11142018 update.
seems not fixed yet.
