Bought battlefield v curency not showing up

Hi there I hope someone can help I bought battlefield v currency and payments was taken bought recon and assault weapons upgrades payments has been taken Sony told me to contact ea I can't select any new weapons 

My ps5 username is madwezz2020 as I'm logging in with the right account email to gain access to this account password and username  is correct but its giving me different username on this forum
