Boys AT Rifle Not Retaining Level Up

Summarize your bug Boys AT Rifle resets back to level 1 leveling it past 1.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unlock Boys AT Rifle. Level to 1, on next map load upgrade the specialization to reduced recoil. Level it to 3 without unlocking a second specialization. Once level 3 try to upgrade specialization when round is starting. You can not purchase the unlock. Leave the server, view weapon in your company and it will be rolled back to level 1. Predator skins properly unlocked to level 3, can't progress past 1 though.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Boys AT Rifle reached level 3 and rolled back to level 1. It keeps happening.
What should be happening instead? The weapon should properly level up and stay leveled up.

    This is happening to me for everything. Xbox one. I cant level up anything. I leveled up a plane to 4 but it went back to 3. I even leveled up to chapter rank 37 from the tides of war challenges, and it went back. Now the experience from the challenges is used up and I cant get that xp back. This is ridiculous I cant even play the game like this if I literally can't progress anything at all. This is the biggest most game breaking bug this game has ever had.

    PC. Seems to be happening for all weapons. I also keep getting a notice that I've reached rank 50 and level 20 on classes even though I have already done that. The level awarded weapon skins still unlock and are usable (rank 5 skins but rank 0 gun).

    Same on PS4. 

    Ranked up to 37 in trial by fire, but when i quit, im still 36. 

    Same with weapons

    @EA_Atic Platform: PC, AMD: RX580, RAM: 16GB.

    Edit: Problem seems fixed now. Boys AT Rifle is tracking normally, all is good (at least on pc). Thanks!

    I'm still having the exact same issue with the Boys AT Rifle. I level it up and it resets to 0 always showing 741 / 1000XP. I'm on the Xbox One X
