Broken Progression and Weapons not Unlocking (Battlefest / Pacific Update)

Hey @badaxx_beard  We’re aware of the issues some players are experiencing relating to Tides of War progression, and Weapon Progression. It’s something that I have the teams looking into and I’ll have updates for you as I receive them.

It’s not anything to be especially alarmed by. Likely just a bad server on our backend, we are searching for our hamsters.

the chapter levels don't progress and i can't receive my rewards because of that

@EA_AticHey man, I got the same thing. I am just letting you guys know that all weapon progression and tides of war is bugged (which you already know by now 🤭). I have completed 90% of this weeks ToW and I'm only level 2. The math doesn't add.

I thought it would be a client sided issue so I restarted the game and nothing. I'm glad that you guys know the issue and will our weapon progression/ToW progression be updated accordingly when the problem is fixed?

Edit: I checked my game recording and I apparently got the pop up for reaching level 4 and was just confirming the bug

Hey @EsskayTV, is that you are missing stats from this morning or that you don't gain xp at all for the moment?

@EA_AticI am not seeing the correct progression for both ToW and weapons. I should be lvl 7 or so for the type 99 and I already unlocked level 3 for M1 but it shows that I'm still level 2.

Edit: And I should be level 4 for ToW after completing 90% of this weeks challenges, the exp added up for completing those challenges should not grant me just 2 levels and also the fact that the pop up for level 4 ToW came up in game.

When playing now after we acknowledge a we have done a fix is everything working for you now as in everything tracking? @EsskayTV

I checked out BF5 earlier and nothing has changed. I'm not earning anything and after every round I'm getting the "Could not fetch report" message. I should have ranked up on several weapons and nothing is happening. My Support Lvl 20 stuff is still locked.
