The level 20 assignment and gun are still locked for me as well.
Rank 20 medic, gun and assignment locked. Support told me it's a known issue and they are looking into it.
Clearing Origin cache will not work btw.
- Ya, he had me clear cache, still didn't work. So he manually went in on EA/Dices side and gave my account the unlock after looking at my account.
having this issue today as well, reached rank 20 support to get my mg42 only to not get it unlocked. Just infinite available next round ☹️
contacted support, they did not really bother. Clear origin cache, played multiple rounds, still no dice (pun intended)
