been in contact with them 3 times each time they say its out of their hands and tells me to continue playing the game been doing that for 2 days now and its still not unlocking ^^

Same. Which is really frustrating since other users are reporting success and @EA_Unityand @EA_Atic said they could resolve the issue. I even made multiple reps come and read this thread.
i just phoned the customer support he said at least in my case it should unlock in 24 hours but hey better late than never
betafield strikes again they shuld have delayed the game by another month atleast with all the bugs 😞
