I'm not sure, but it probably is.I bought this one.- @annawasker Thanks for the screenshot, you do have the Definitive Edition.
This is a known problem with that edition of the game, where it doesn't award Company Coin until after rank 21. You can try contacting EA Hep at help.ea.com, but they may not be able to award the ones you've not received.
If you need some CC for weapon and vehicle upgrades in the meantime, you can get them by completing the daily challenges and the weekly challenge nodes (a lump sum reward is also given bi-monthly through the weekly missions).
