[BUG] Blurred Out Screen After Revive Attempt

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea. Try to join a game.
What happens when the bug occurs? On round start, the game UI doesn't load except for squad and chat in lower right corner. No interactions (except for chat) are possible, forcing to close and restart game.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the damn game
