BV5 Playability after most recent patch has plummeted

After the latest patch (PC) I am back to nearly unplayable. Firestorm is a mess of lag, gear and ammo that you cant pick up, and really obvious hackers. The hacker problem in general is frankly out of hand. I think that so many people are using cheats that fence sitters are getting cheats out of frustration. Which leaves us players that love the game getting constantly mowed down by these guys and rage quitting. Pre patch my clan could consistently get 1 or two Firestorm wins a night and sometimes as much as 4. Since the patch we have not won any. I for one can't adjust to the lag.

The other game modes are now so laggy that it is really difficult to play and feel it's fair. I'm getting shot gun kills that register, with the gun sound, a full 1/4 second late? Like pull trigger, nothing happens, turn to run, get 5 steps, hear the bang and get the kill (if I'm lucky, this now normally results in me dead.). This happens with sniper too and planes are crazy bad for hit accuracy. I feel like I'm about a 1/4 second behind in most games now. Really hard to win face to face fights. SO much different that before the patch when things were just getting good. Not perfect but it was getting pretty accurate where skill was the deciding factor. Now it is worse that ever.

My whole clan have stopped playing firestorm now and I find myself shutting it off after a couple of games because it's no fun to be that backwards compared to some other players on the server. I love BF but this game has been the worst for up and down playability, most buggy, hacker friendly one I have ever bought. This has soured my experience.

I have tried to repair game, clear origin cashe,  update all drivers, changed settings, discussed the issue with my isp and ran diagnostics. No luck.
