Cam we get this user manually banned please?

Can we get this user manually banned from our online battlefield v experience? Since the report system doesn't do absolutely anything. Thank you.  [Removed, no name and shame on AHQ - EA_Barry]

Thank you for your reply first of all. And second of all, what else can I do, as a battlefield enjoyer, to get users like the one mentioned above manually banned if the ToS team is inactive? I have proof of users cheating for over a year ago and they're still around emptying servers. What other options do I have? 

PS. And I'm certainly not the one here who should be ashamed of, with all the respect.

@Kevyiii All you can do is report them through the accepted channels as you have been doing. After that it's solely in the hands of the ToS people I'm afraid.
