Can’t connect to ea server Battlefield v

Unable to connect to EA Server I've tried everything i have clear DNS cache Tried vpn and Change dns latency is 6 ms

You were able to get a case set up? Did you have to do anything in particular to get it to work?

    Yes but it doesn't work what he's saying i have to do

    It looks like the EA Help team recently sent you an email reply a few days ago. Did you see that most recent message? 


    If so, please follow up with them and provide the information they requested so they can continue their investigation.

    @EA_Kent  they have closed my case and sent some things that i should do as i have done but it did not help also i sent them everything they asked for
