Community ManagerWhen you're in the game and under the dog tag section, do you tap "Square" after selecting the dog tag to confirm equipping it? It's a two step process (Select the one you want and then confirm).
I am having the same problem and yes I have tried the two part selection.
Mine how ever is stuck on the beta veteran dog tag you guys gave me.

Do you have the game installed on the internal or an external hard drive? If you have the game installed on an external hard drive, make sure there aren't files on both the internal and external drive. That can cause some weird performance issues.
Have you tried a reinstall? I'm concerned an update might have corrupted files. So far we don't have too many reports coming our way about this and with how popular dog tags are for Battlefield players I'd imagine we would see a lot more reports on this if it was widespread. Can you reinstall to confirm it's still affecting your account after performing that step?

There is a lot of people + me that we can't equip Dog Tags... Super weird bug but i hope that new Trial by Fire Update #2 will fix it..
