Can’t play Multiplayer

I have Gamepass on Xbox One Series S, I tried installing the game since it is on Gamepass, upon completing the tutorial I tried to then play multiplayer and it says 

“This content is not available to you as a Battlefield V trial player. If you want to get access to this content you need to upgrade the game.”

If I can’t play multiplayer or Combined arms why is your game even on Gamepass?

Is this an issue that will be fixed?

    Hi @GreenVanna666 This is an issue where the trial status is appearing on your account. If you contact Xbox Live help, they should be able to fix it. You could also try opening a case at help.ea.com, but they may not be able to make the changes.
