Can I ask what is wrong with the server?

Can I ask what is wrong with the server? Players worldwide are now unable to match or play any games. It's showing the error code -36400, and a match error.

Same on my side too, I originally thought it was to do with 2042 coming out tomorrow.

    Sane happening in ps4, been like 4 days with no official servers and games with 1-8 players or in Germany
