I have a 960M, a typically older GPU that meets minimum spec. On low, I can run BF V at 50-60 FPS, but that's only with the old drivers. The new drivers do me really badly, and put me on 15 FPS on other games too, such as Rainbow Six.
Is there a way to use old Nvidia drivers and still play BF V?
I have not tried this personally but it's a known workaround for Frostbite Nvidia driver checks.
That should disable the check as far as I'm aware but it's a bit of a workaround.
I would rather focus on why the new drivers are not working for you.
I would try a complete uninstall of Nvidia drivers and software, then use DDU in safe mode to clean the rest, lastly download and install the latest drivers and try again.
