Can someone help since support cant

Origin does not allow me to open the games and when it does i can play online happens with apex battlefield and several other games ive contacted EA support several times and they do nothing they either tell me to restart or they hang up on me i just gave up and deleted any app that needed origin since their customer service is garbage and the community helps more then the actual people working for it

  • Forgive us if we ask you to do something support already asked you to do, we just dont know what was discussed. 🙂

Right click your start menu button and open command prompt(admin) then type:

    sfc /scannow

Once you hit enter a scan will start checking your OS.

If the scan is able to repair some things then restart your PC and try the game.

If its fails let me know.

If it has nothing to fix then its not OS related and we can check other stuff.

Your description is a bit lacking. Break down the issue:

    1. "I'm unable to launch the game...."  Start here.  Are you saying that opening the game from the Origin game launcher is not working?  Meaning, when you click on 'play' nothing happens, no hdd/ssd search, no startup...?  Can you verify that nothing is happening by viewing task manager?

    2. "...if it does magically launch I am not able to play online..."  So if it does launch, what happens?  You can only play offline?  What are you able to do in 'offline' mode in BFV?  Is it not connecting to a server?

What you are asking for from the get-go is severely lacking in information.  I understand the frustration with something not working, and posting in an abbreviated manner due to that, however, it always results in lack of information that prevents anyone from helping.
