Hi @PancakeFlop52. 


When you've got the chance can you try something for me to see if it helps? 

Open up your Xbox Settings, then go to Network Settings. From there go to Advanced Options and select Alternate MAC Address Clear. The Xbox will then restart. Let me know if you're still having the same issue when you try to buy it after that.
