Can't buy Fliegerfaust

This is quite the annoying issue.  I have seen other posts that are similar and I just can not buy the Fliegerfaust.  I have tried claiming all in the Armory.  I have tried un-equipping any other typ...

    @aptmx That's how you do it, by moving through them. At this point I think you will need to persevere with EA Help. If you haven't tried power cycling, you could give that a go too.

Hi @aptmx The Fliegerfaust is a free item so you don't need to buy it with CC. I'd suggest just going through the Armory again and claiming any items there one by one.

If you can't get it from the Armory, you'll need to go back to EA Help I'm afraid as they're the people to talk to about missing items.

Hi,

How do I find it in the Armory?  When I go there, there looks to be hundreds of unclaimed items.  I tried doing claim all but that doe snot seem to do an anything as all the items remain there unclaimed.   How do I find that Fliegerfaust in the Armory specifically?    Thanks
