Cant drive hachi or staghound tank. No matter what I try.

On which server did this happen? All of them. Its a consistant issue no matter what server or region I play on.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) When patch 5.22 launched. And since I go the game on Dec 25th 2019
Summarize your bug Both the Hachi tank and the Staghound amored car cant turn. This has been linked to the tank settings in both the basic settings and the advanced settings. And to make them work you have o increase both settings to max, which then makes aiming impossable. Iv tried everythjing to balance them. Right now I cant play these vehicles at all.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Spawn in a staghound or hachi tank, Have very low sensitivity settings on tanks, found in the options menu under basic and advanced. About 30% should be enough. And try to turn when going a full speed. That also effects whelleled transport vehilces.
What happens when the bug occurs? Well the hachi will not turn, it will keep going straight. The staghound will turn, but in the radius of a city bus. Its super wide.
What should be happening instead? Well both vehicles should turn when prompted. The hachi should be able to turn left or right when at full speed and not just keep going stright. The staghound should be performing tight turns and not super wide turns. Even at a complete stop the vehicle can not turn like it should.

This exact issue was posted here three weeks ago with video showing exactly whats going on. And that was on a PC if im not mistaken. On console it might be diffrent. All I know is under basic in the options menu is tank aim sesitivity, when set at 30% or below, these two vehicles lose the ability to turn left or right. And under advanced settings the same thing occurs. No mattr what combination of seetings I try, I cannot get the vehicle to both turn, and give me useable ability to aim. Its either be able to turn and not aim with any amount of precision. Or aim perfectly with out the ability to turn when driving. Both cases make these two vehicles completly broken and unuasable.
